Contact support using our toll-free number (866.355.3164) to be assigned an issue number and be referred to support personnel.
What are your normal hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Home Care Software also has a 24-hour message center that can reach the appropriate personnel in an emergency situation during off-hours.
Can forms be modified to meet our agency’s needs?
During the pre-installation stage, the agency’s current forms will be reviewed with Home Care Software staff. We can combine information from our forms and the agency’s current selection to develop new forms at industry competitive rates.
