Our History

Home Care Software Solutions, Inc. provides agency management solutions to the home health, private duty, and hospice industry including comprehensive agency management software, billing and marketing solutions, custom programming, and industry leading customer service.   

The original company was founded in Raleigh, NC in 1998. With a new name and under new ownership since 2005, HCSS has continued to grow, serving hundreds of agencies and thousands of patients.

Expanding on its dedication and service to the home care & hospice industry, in 2011 HCSS announced the launch of the CareSmart Solutions™, providing home care and hospice billing, marketing, and consulting services.
